If we put eel sauce on the rice at the beginning, the third serving become too sweet. We prepare eel sauce on the side. Please eat with your taste as you like.
HOW TO EAT KAWASEN STYLE HITSUMABUSHI
FIRST PLEASE CUT EEL AND RICE IN CHEST WITH A RICE SCOOP IN A CROSS IN A QUARTER.
The first serving is satisfied with the taste of grilled eel carefully.
TAKE 1/4 TO A BOUL, PLEASE MIX SAUCE OF EEL AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE AND EAT.

THE SAME WAY WITH 1st SERVING AND MIX SPICE (JAPANESE SEAWEED, SPRING ONION, WASABI) AND EAT.
