“HITSUMABUSHI” is one of eel dishes and increased visibility as seen on TV.
“HITSUMABUSHI” is to put in eel between the rice and about one and a half of eel is used.

KAWASEN STYLE HITSUMABUSHI

秘伝のたれ

We don’t put eel sauce on the rice in our “HITSUMABUSHI” at the beginning. Because the third serving is serving without eel sauce and just pour soup over it. If we put eel sauce on the rice at the beginning, the third serving become too sweet. We prepare eel sauce on the side. Please eat with your taste as you like.

HOW TO EAT KAWASEN STYLE HITSUMABUSHI

FIRST PLEASE CUT EEL AND RICE IN CHEST WITH A RICE SCOOP IN A CROSS IN A QUARTER.

  • 1杯目

    The first serving is satisfied with the taste of grilled eel carefully.

    TAKE 1/4 TO A BOUL, PLEASE MIX SAUCE OF EEL AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE AND EAT.

    ※Please enjoy the taste of eel origin carefully.

  • 2杯目

    Please enjoy change with favorite condiment in second serving.

    THE SAME WAY WITH 1st SERVING AND MIX SPICE (JAPANESE SEAWEED, SPRING ONION, WASABI) AND EAT.

    ※It is very delicious the chemistry of grilled eel and Japanese wasabi.

  • 3杯目

    Last one serving mix with soup as a refreshing flavor.

    THE SAME WAY WITH 2nd SERVING WITHOUT SAUCE OF EEL, PLEASE POUR SOUP OVER IT AND EAT.

    ※Also Japanese wasabi is very important to make delicious.
